PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING
***COVID Protocols: We ask that you respect the health of our staff and other clients. If you are feeling the slightest symptoms or someone in your household is feeling sick please inform us and we will gladly reschedule your appointment for you. Extensive details on how to prepare for your appointment will be listed in your confirmation email.***
Deposit
A deposit is required to book all appointments and will count towards your remaining balance.
Please be Punctual
A strictly enforced late fee will apply if you are more than 15 minutes late and your time may not be accommodated.
Payment Options
We accept cash, or credit card payment (Visa, MC, Amex). We do not accept debit or e-transfers. Rates are subject to taxes and processing fees.
Refund Policy
There is NO refund on any service once completed. This includes if the client has any unknown allergic reactions to Lashes or PMU as this is not predicted by our staff or the client and the service has already been done.

LASH APPOINTMENTS
✨ A Complimentary Lash Bath is offered at every appointment
Refills: Must be booked on the 3rd week. Anything past the 3rd week will be considered a new set.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: 48 hrs is needed for advanced notice in order to obtain full refund of your deposit.
BROW APPOINTMENTS
Non-Refundable Deposit: Please double check your schedule and make sure you are able to make your appointment before booking.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you cancel your brow appointment your deposit is forfeited. 14 days is needed for advanced notice in order to reschedule your appointment or else your deposit will be forfeited.
At Hello Gorgeous Studios, the safety of our clients and staff is our number one priority!
