Do I need any prerequisites for this course?

No prior experience of any kind is needed to take this course as it is designed for beginners who have no background in the beauty industry.

Do I need to bring my own lunch?

Lunch will be provided on Day 1, 2, and 3. Snacks and drinks will be provided on all days.

Will you be the only one assisting us during the course?

There will always be a 2:1 student to teacher ratio. What this means is if we have a full course of 4 people, we will have our Apprentice assisting everyone during model day so you get the most attention between us. We keep our courses intimate so you can do your best with all of our attention.

What will I need to prepare for this training?

You will need to find one model who can come on Day 3. If you need help finding one, please notify us at least 14 days ahead of time. ☺ Please bring a pen and a positive attitude!

What are the Perks involved?

1. Aside from this great course you are eligible for a $100-$150 discount for all future courses within our HGS Academy including Lash Extension Training, Lash Lift Training, and future courses.

2. There are unlimited shadowing sessions with us post course and ongoing support. Feel free to email us any questions you may have. We don’t just teach and say bye! We're here to help you succeed as long as you are passionate and willing to put in the work!

3. As a student in our academy you are allowed exclusive bed rental access if you need a place to work out of while you setting up your own place or if you need a space long-term. The first month after your course bed rentals for our students are discounted to encourage you to practice right away without set up restrictions. Bed rentals will cover all equipment, disinfectant materials, and disposables. You only need to bring your pigments, needles, and machine which is all included in the course kit.

How do I get fully certified?

Once you have finished the course you will need to submit 2 additional Models (before and after photos and videos outside of class) for assessment and once completed and approved by Angie you can come and pick up your certificate.

Please note: The course deposit is non-refundable but there is a one-time rescheduling option. You must notify me no later than 14 days before the first day of training in order to reschedule without losing your deposit. There are no exceptions.
